Faikakala is a Samoan word that means to gossip or tell stories. The Faika podcast was created by PBD founders Nackie and Carl in 2017 because they spent so much time in the car talking about “everything under the sun” as they drove to different Pacific Islander events all over California, Nevada and even Utah. They decided to “Faika” on the air and the podcast was born.
